Wednesday, July 14, 2010 STONY PASS

Back to Stony Pass to check on the wildflowers & the "Bad Air Mine."  You will probably have to enlarge the pictures to see the flowers.  We drove past the pass and a little beyond the headwaters of the Rio Grande.  Jimmy drove up and I drove back home.

This mine always intrigues us.  We can hear what sounds like a water pump going inside.
